How We Monitor Your Vehicle
We inspect your vehicle both inside and out, before departure. We look for and record obvious damage such as dings and scapes, we also inspect the condition of your tires, we check all fluids, and also inspect how the vehicle is loaded as well as the condition of the interior. We record all defects and ensure the fluids are topped up, prior to departure.
While en-route to the delivery address you provide the driver will continuously monitor all guages to ensure all readings remain within the normal range. Should any readings be outside of what is normal, or should any warning lights come on, the driver will immediately find a safe place to pull over and you, the customer, will be advised of the nature of the occurance.
Our drivers are taught to pay attention to where they park when they stop to eat or sleep. If possible, we park away from other vehicles and park in well lighted areas.
The driver will do a full, pre-departure inspection on your vehicle as documented above, prior to starting out each day and will do a similar inspection upon delivery.
We care for our customers vehicles and will usually deliver the vehicle in a cleaner condition than it was when we picked it up.
